John G. (Jack) Forsythe

John G. (Jack) Forsythe serves as Underwriting Counsel for Security Title, Benchmark Title and Arch City Title. He has more than a decade of experience in the title industry and has worked on both the agency and underwriting side of the business. Before rejoining us in 2016, Jack served as an Associate at Kozeny & McCubbin and later as Managing Attorney at Shapiro & Kreisman, L.L.C., law firms specializing in creditor’s rights and title curative matters.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in December 1996 and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1997. He is also a member of the Kansas and Nebraska Bars and is admitted to the Federal District Courts of Eastern Missouri, Western Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. Jack holds a B.A. in History and Spanish from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Washington University in St. Louis and is a frequent presenter at real estate events and C.E. sessions.
